About the Event
Shaike studied photography in Israel at the equivalent of RMIT. For his final year exhibition he wanted to invite Yosl Bergner and went with his Dad to show him my work. He hated it. But Shaike fell in love with him, a person that changed his life. Yosl Bergner told Shaike that in the end of 1930’s in Australia Noel Counihan thought him to draw and when Yosl did a bad drawing he said FROTH AND BUBBLES!!
This exhibition consists of images worked completely on mobile phone, and provide a new take on many familiar classics in addition to some personal works.
The Hawthorn Rd precinct will be taken over by this exhibition with many cafes and businesses displaying works inside.
